The MDNG sent Soldiers to Region 2's MAC competition, which is a regional competition which puts Soldiers service M4 rifle and M17 pistol skills to the test. The 4-day competition is designed to showcase Soldier skills, allowing the skills to be brought back to individual units, increasing lethality and effectiveness.
Targets would be presented anywhere from 15 yards to 400 yards, with a variety of time restrictions, obstacles, and stress induction.
